Talbros into major restructuring
Talbros Automotive Components group made public its major restructuring plans. Under this plan, all auto component businesses of the group, so far represented by XO Stampings Ltd, Talbros International Ltd, and XQ Infotech will be consolidated by the company.
This extensive restructuring is expected to benefit the company in terms of enhancing its manufacturing presence in steering and suspension parts, forgings, and sheet metal components. A major portion of the plan is towards enhancing the total number of manufacturing amenities within the Talbros Automotive Components Ltd. to 10.
